It’s been a while since we sent out a Vee Dub Transporters newsletter but we thought it was about time we kept our loyal customers up to speed with everything that has been going on so here goes…

New Premises Move Complete

It has taken a few months and lots of graft but we are now in our new distribution centre/warehouse and are pleased to say everything is working really well, we are getting over 90% of our orders to our customers next working day and are carrying more stock than we ever have.

New staff

As we have grown over the last 2-3 years (thanks to you guys) Charlotte and I have struggled to keep on top of driving the business forwards, we have always provided excellent levels of service to our customers but we just hadn’t had the time to buy better, drive down prices, find new and exciting stock ranges and build awareness about Vee Dub Transporters but thanks to the recent recruitment of 2 new staff members, Terry and Sherrie, we are now able to focus more time ON the business rather than IN the business so you will be seeing lots more new ranges and even lower prices coming your way soon!

New Contact Number For Mobile Customers

As you know, we have a free 0800 number for our customers for convenience but many people want to call from a mobile and prefer calling a traditional landline number so we now have a number for mobile users to call, if you want to call us via your mobile simply dial 01509 880 398.

Hi everyone,

It’s a bit late (due to us being mad busy with our January sale) but firstly we would like to wish all of our customers, old and new, a very happy new year!!!

Secondly, we have now had time to look back and reflect on 2012, which has been a great year for us and seen us grow into one of the most popular VW T4 and T5 accessory retailers in the UK.

During 2012 we moved into a new warehouse which has enabled us to increase our stock levels to ensure the fastest delivery times as well as improve our prices due to being able to buy stock in bulk.

Over the last week we have looked at our entire product range and gone through all of our prices and due to being able to buy in bulk we can offer our customers better prices.  We have now reduced the retail price on over 90% of our products for 2013!!!

We aim to grow further in 2013 with new product ranges and thank you again for your continued support!
