  • Tell us where you spotted it on the retailers website.

In order for us to confirm the price of the product, make sure you’ve got a product link or a printed advertisement at hand.

How To Claim If You Have Already Ordered

If you have already ordered and you spot the same product cheaper elsewhere within 7 days from the date of purchase, let us know by giving us a call.

Make sure that you have your order number ready.

We’ll happily refund the difference, once we have verified the match. If you let us know after those 7 days, we won’t be able to match the price. T&C’s apply.

Terms & Conditions

  • Once you have placed an order you have 7 days from the date of purchase to notify us of a lower price elsewhere.
  • This offer is only valid on products that are part of the ‘Windows’ category on the Vee Dub Transporters site.
  • Windows that are price matched must be new and have identical specification including style, size and colour.
  • The price matched products must be in stock at competitors and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
  • Prices being matched must be inclusive of VAT.
  • The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online and cannot include any membership or personal discounts.
  • The competitor must be based and registered in the UK and sell direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers).
  • We will not match against clearance sales.
  • Proof of the lower price must be provided, this could include a link to the competitors website or a printed advertisement. A screenshot would not be a valid form of proof.
  • Vee Dub Transporters reserves the right to verify the lower price offered by the competitor before approving the price match.
  • Should the competitors lower price be part of a bundle, please note the components of the package must be the same on the Vee Dub Transporters website.
  • Vee Dub Transporters reserves the right to refuse a price match if they believe the competitor’s price is a result of an error, misprint, or if it violates their own policies.
  • The terms and conditions of the price match guarantee are subject to change at the discretion of Vee Dub Transporters.
