*** Vee Dub Charity Calendar 2018 ***
It’s that time of year again we have been planning our annual charity calendar and we are absolutely delighted that this year all proceeds will be donated to a lovely young lady who has a huge passion for all things VW.
Many of you will have seen the posts all over Facebook where people have been sending cards, gifts and even arranging a meet to help make Scarlett Taylor-Blundells 7th birthday a day to remember.
Well here at Vee Dub we were touched by everyones kindness and thought with the help of our customers, fans and the general VW community we could also give Scarlett a gift to remember.
Scarlett suffered HIE during and after labour leaving her brain starved from Oxygen for a prolonged period of time leaving her with quadriplegic cerebral epilepsy, visual impairment, severe dystonia all of which leave her requiring tube feeding, being non-mobile, non-verbal and life limited.
Scarlett’s mum Asha says she is her little miracle “Scarlett shouldn’t have survived birth, we were told she wouldn’t make it but she has and has gone through so much in her little 7 years from operations, seizures, chest infections, ventilation etc and still shows us every day what a tough cookie she is. Scarlett is loved by everyone and her smile lights up a room, she has an infectious laugh and really is our own little miracle!”
So come on everyone, lets get behind this and make it amazing for Scarlett, she wants a VW Transporter bed and with your help we can make this happen!
