After shipping over 15,000 window orders,  we like to think that we’re pretty good at it. Delivery companies can be extremely rough with parcels, consequently, we’ve developed a way of packaging that does all it can to reduce the risk of your order arriving damaged.

First of all our windows are wrapped with a layer of plastic to protect against scratches. Next, we apply a blue foam edging to the glass that dampens any movement and cushions the edges of the glass (the most fragile part). Finally, our glass is put in custom made boxes along with bubble wrap to add the final layer of protection.

With all that packaging you’d think that we’d never see any breakages, however, on the very rare occasion that we do, we’ve got a dedicated customer services team to resolve any issues. The most important thing to do once you’ve taken delivery is inspect your glass and notify us of any problems within 48 hours!
