DELIVERY DATES
For guaranteed dispatch before Christmas 2022 the latest you’ll be able to place an order is: December 19th 2022 before 2PM. We will still be dispatching orders after this however we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas. If you place an order between December 19th & January 2nd 2023, your package may not be dispatched until at least January 3rd 2023. This is due to our Warehouse & Logistics teams taking a well earned break over the holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, once we’re back, we’ll be working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible!
returns policy
We’ve got some good news for those of you who are looking to buy gifts this year! Any orders placed between December 6th 2022 & December 24th 2022 will receive an extended returns period that runs up until January 31st 2023.
