Delivery DATES
For guaranteed dispatch before Christmas 2023 the latest youāll be able to place an order is:Ā December 17th 2023 before 2PM. We will still be dispatching orders after this however we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas. If you place an order betweenĀ December 18thĀ &Ā January 1st 2024, your package may not be dispatched until at leastĀ January 2nd 2024.Ā This is due to our Warehouse & Logistics teams taking a well earned break over the holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, once weāre back, weāll be working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible!
Returns Policy
Weāve got some good news for those of you who are looking to buy gifts this year! Any orders placed betweenĀ December 6th 2023 & December 24th 2023Ā will receive anĀ extended returns periodĀ that runs up untilĀ January 31st 2024.
