We try to make Christmas as easy as possible for our amazing customers. Here you can find out all the useful information we have surrounding our Christmas 2024 operation.
Delivery DATES
For guaranteed dispatch before Christmas 2024 the latest you’ll be able to place an order is: December 16th 2024 before 2PM. We will still be sending out orders up until December 20th, but we cannot guarantee these will be delivered before Christmas.
If you place your order between December 20th & January 1st 2025, we will start sending out orders from January 2nd 2025. This is due to our Warehouse team taking a well earned break over the holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, once we’re back, we’ll be working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible!
Returns Policy
We’ve got some good news for those of you who are looking to buy gifts this year! Any orders placed between December 9th 2024 & December 24th 2024 will receive an extended returns period that runs up until January 31st 2025.
