DELIVERY DATES
For guaranteed delivery before Christmas 2021 the latest you’ll be able to place an order is: December 17th 2021 before 2PM. We will still be dispatching orders after this however we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.
If you place an order between December 17th & January 3rd 2022, your package may not be dispatched until at least January 4th 2021. This is due to our Warehouse & Logistics teams taking a well earned break over the holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, once we’re back, we’ll be working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible!
RETURNS POLICY
We’ve got some good news for those of you who are looking to buy gifts this year! Any orders placed between December 1st 2021 & December 24th 2021Ā will receive an extended returns period that runs up until January 31st 2022.
